One day – two locations – extensive furniture

In the middle of the year—during peak season—our client tasked us with providing seating for approximately 1,000 people at each of two locations for their annual general meeting.

The result: a Scandi look in the Showpalast and a modern mix-and-match concept featuring extensive designer furniture in the BMW Welt

Scope

Seating for 2,000 people in total.
600 seats in a mix-and-match concept at the BMW Welt and approximately 700 seats in a Scandi look at the Showpalast.
More than 12 trailers and 30 logistics specialists were involved in the setup and dismantling over two days each.
