Personio's major HR event - the HUG

Personio’s exciting journey across Europe took the company to 5 different locations, including London, Madrid, Amsterdam, Munich, and Berlin. Each of these locations shone with unforgettable and inspiring moments.

Together with the event agency Service Factory, we had the pleasure of supporting this extraordinary event in Munich at the Eisbachstudios with equipment for more than 1,000 people. We provided the furniture for the theater seating, catering areas, and breakout rooms.

Eight 40t trucks and an average of 15 logistics specialists were deployed over 4 days.
Theater seating for 1,000 people, 138 cocktail tables in black and timber, 600 black bar stools, 460 Eames chairs, more than 70m of bar and buffet space, as well as lounge furniture for 200 people
